2024 Mavs Softball Development Program

The NorCal Mavs are offering this program in collaboration with the NorCal Starz and PEAC Performance. This is an eight-week academy program, with three-hours of formal weekly  instruction. Players are required to be fully committed to the program to successfully complete the progressive instruction and education. We will focus on proper defensive, offensive, and strength training mechanics, technique and sport specific principles. Over the course of the program, we will emphasize a large number of repetitions to build musclememory and technique.

There is no prerequisite to be involved and the program is open to ALL interested participants. No tryout needed.
