2025 Youth Pitching Clinic

This clinic will focus on preparation for youth pitcher’s to learn an arm maintenance routine and enhance their pitching mechanics. The timing of the clinic at two-days a week for 5-weeks is to have youth pitchers in proper shape for the beginning of the Spring season. 

Clinic Highlights:

• 5-week program is designed for small group
• Arm strength workout
• Arm maintenance program
• Pitching exercises, mechanics and techniques
