2024 Power-Speed-Skills Baseball-Softball Camp

In collaboration with PEAC Performance and DPT, this combo baseball-softball camp offers development and education on how to increase power and speed to skill development in baseball and softball.  This camp will instruct on exercises to develop and recruit  power, speed, and increase efficiency for better results.  Student-athletes will learn how to maximize their power, move faster, and apply proper mechanics through skilled based instruction for their sport. All sessions will include proper and progressive warm up periods with strength and conditioning segments.
